Construction of Housing Colonies:-
The main functionality of town planning is to
provide information and approval of construction of building and
houses and prevent any enchroachment of any unauthorised lands.
Unless the plan and the design is approved by the Mulicipality
no one is allowed to construct any type of structure.Even for the number of stairs
in an building is to be approved my the Town Planning department which takes
into consideration many aspects such as area and location.
Plantation:-
All the plants and tree in the city are taken care , also where ever
required new plants are planted so as to keep the atmosphere
clean.Due to this the effect of air pollution is reduced to a
large extent.
Parks Recreation:-
All the parks around the city are maintained and developed by the
Municipality.These parks provide children ample place to
play.Even elder citizen utilize these parks to get some freash
air and relief.
