Man being a social animal requires certain facilities to run his life smooth in the society. This department is working for the public and provides many facilities like roads,buildings, borewells,flood relief centers etc for the benefit of the society.PanchatRaj succeded in providing necessary commodities in the villages like borewells,canals,school buildings, and flood relief centers.

     This Department is fulfilling the essential requirements of the people at the rural levels. Minimum necessities like water,education at the village level are taken care by this department. It is still striving to extend the service for the rural people.
